The Business Planner provides comprehensive access to all integrated calendars, offering a clear weekly overview. Users can select multiple calendars, create new entries, or modify and delete existing ones. Navigation across weeks is facilitated with options to move forward or backward in time. In the iPad version, the task management panel appears on the right side, allowing for quick creation, editing, or deletion of tasks, while on the iPhone edition, these functions are accessed via a dedicated pop-up window.

Additional features include a birthdays view covering the next 30 days, as well as displays for public holidays, school holidays, moon phases, and more. The application supports viewing any specific week, with real-time representation and options to jump directly to a selected date. It presents details such as calendar week number, day of the year, and time. The day of the week is displayed in abbreviated form, e.g., [Mo.31], with a home button to quickly return to the current week.

Navigation between weeks is seamless, complemented by animated transitions that can be customized. Users can also jump directly to a specific date using the 'Go to Date' feature. Tasks can be created, viewed, edited, marked as done, or deleted; these are optionally synchronized with iCloud for cloud storage. Holidays, school holidays, and moon phases can be exported as iCal entries into external calendars. The interface includes a mini month overview for quick reference and supports compatibility with iCloud calendars.

An integrated GPS-based weather forecast provides current conditions. Additionally, the planner includes utility tools such as a calculator and a search function within all calendars.

Configuration options encompass setting the first day of the week (Monday or Sunday), toggling 24-hour or 12-hour time display, enabling animation effects during week transitions, and customizing calendar colors.

For appointments, entering "ok" in the subject marks the event as completed and visually highlighted; for tasks, a dedicated switch indicates completion status. The birthdays feature lists contacts' birthdays in a sorted format with details including name, birthday date, age, and days remaining until the next birthday.
